SOVEREIGN FLAME VOLUME III — CONSTITUTIONAL AXIOMS DOCUMENTARY RECOVERY EDITION

FUNCTION Axioms state what follows from the Observations. They are not free-standing declarations and must remain traceable through Observation to reality.

AXIOM I — FORMATION “No individual is wholly self-formed.”

AXIOM II — HUMAN-WORLD RELATIONAL DEPENDENCE “The human world is not wholly independent of human relationship.”

AXIOM III — RELATIONAL WHOLE “A relational whole cannot be adequately accounted for solely by reference to its participants considered apart from their relation.”

AXIOM IV — RELATIONAL CAPACITY “The capacities of a relational whole are not exhausted by the capacities its participants possess independently of their relation.”

AXIOM V — DEPENDENCY “Where continuation as specified demonstrably depends upon an identifiable supporting condition, that continuation cannot adequately be accounted for as independent of that condition.”

AXIOM VI — HISTORICAL / RECURSIVE CONDITIONING “A system’s present state is not always fixed by its present external conditions alone.”

RECURSIVE CONSEQUENCE “A process’s later course is not always independent of presently existing conditions generated through its earlier operation.”

STATUS RECORD The six-axiom consequence matrix is recovered. Earlier project status identified Axiom I and Axiom II as advanced candidates. Axiom IV and Axiom V were later recorded as locked. Axiom III carried a documentary gap/provisional status in at least one recovery record. The complete final lock audit for the six-axiom canon has not yet been recovered. Therefore this document preserves exact recovered wording while marking overall final-canon status VERIFY.

VOLUME III COMPLETION AUDIT — SEPTEMBER 22, 2026

CONTROL BASIS This audit treats the locked Book of Observations as controlling evidence and the present Volume III Recovery Edition as the recovered axiomatic witness. No locked Telos, Observation, or constitutional text is altered by this audit.

DERIVATION MATRIX Axiom I — Formation “No individual is wholly self-formed.” Primary basis: Observation I — Relationship forms the individual. Supporting basis: the inherited-world analysis and Observation III. The axiom is narrower than a claim of determination and survives the explicit counterexamples preserved in Volume I. Disposition: ADMIT.

Axiom II — Human-World Relational Dependence “The human world is not wholly independent of human relationship.” Primary basis: Observation II — The human world is formed through human relationships. The negative formulation properly avoids claiming that the human world is exclusively relationally produced; Volume I expressly preserves natural and material conditions not established by human relationship. Disposition: ADMIT.

Axiom III — Relational Whole “A relational whole cannot be adequately accounted for solely by reference to its participants considered apart from their relation.” Primary basis: Observation IV — The establishment of an enduring relationship brings into existence a new whole that cannot be reduced to its participants alone. The axiom preserves the observation’s nonreduction without requiring a separate metaphysical substance or juridical personality. Disposition: ADMIT.

Axiom IV — Relational Capacity “The capacities of a relational whole are not exhausted by the capacities its participants possess independently of their relation.” Primary basis: Observation V — An enduring relational whole can possess capacities not reducible to the capacities of its participants considered separately. The axiom does not claim that every attributed collective capacity is real; Volume I expressly requires case-specific examination. Disposition: ADMIT.

Axiom V — Dependency “Where continuation as specified demonstrably depends upon an identifiable supporting condition, that continuation cannot adequately be accounted for as independent of that condition.” Primary basis: Dependency — continuation of a specified state, function, or process can require identifiable supporting conditions whose absence, without adequate substitute, prevents continuation. The axiom preserves specification, evidence, and substitution and does not convert dependency into rightful authority or moral obligation. Disposition: ADMIT.

Axiom VI — Historical / Recursive Conditioning “A system’s present state is not always fixed by its present external conditions alone.” Primary basis: Transition Asymmetry — restoration of prior external conditions does not always restore the prior state. Supporting basis: Recursive Consequence — processes can generate presently instantiated conditions that alter their later course. The axiom is deliberately negative and limited: history matters only insofar as consequences are carried in present condition; it does not posit mysterious causal power in the past. Disposition: ADMIT.

ASSOCIATED CONSEQUENCE — RECURSIVE CONSEQUENCE “A process’s later course is not always independent of presently existing conditions generated through its earlier operation.” Primary basis: Recursive Consequence in Volume I. This statement is validly derived but is retained as an associated consequence rather than promoted to a seventh constitutional axiom because Axiom VI already captures the constitutional-level constraint required from historical/recursive conditioning. Promotion would duplicate rather than clarify the structural canon. Disposition: RETAIN AS ASSOCIATED DERIVED CONSEQUENCE.

LIMITATION Volume I independently establishes Limitation: some capacities, states, functions, and processes exhibit bounds under relevant conditions. This observation is constitutionally relevant, but the recovered six-axiom canon contains no independent Limitation axiom. The omission is not repaired by inventing one during recovery. Limitation remains a controlling observational constraint available to constitutional interpretation and later commentary unless a formal reopening establishes that a separate axiom is necessary.

REFLEXIVE SELF-RELATION Volume I establishes that aspects of an individual’s own condition or operation can become targets of attention, discrimination, evaluation, or action. It also expressly states that recognition is not sovereignty and that the normative implications for responsibility, education, discipline, freedom, or self-government remain ahead. The observation therefore does not, by itself, compel an additional structural axiom. Disposition: NO NEW AXIOM ADMITTED.

HOSTILE REVIEW 1. Determinism objection: rejected. Axioms I, II, and VI use limited formulations and do not claim total determination. 2. Reification objection: rejected. Axioms III and IV require organized relation but do not require a hidden collective substance or legal personality. 3. Dependency-to-authority fallacy: blocked. Axiom V establishes dependence only; it does not establish who must provide a condition or whether the dependent thing ought to continue. 4. Historical mystification: blocked. Axiom VI and Recursive Consequence require presently instantiated consequences rather than causal force attributed to history merely because it is past. 5. Normative smuggling: blocked. None of the six axioms by itself establishes legitimacy, obligation, authority, preservation, sovereignty, or moral command. 6. Overbreadth: controlled by negative or conditional wording: “not wholly,” “cannot adequately,” “where … demonstrably depends,” and “not always.” 7. Duplication: Recursive Consequence remains associated rather than becoming a redundant seventh axiom; Reflexive Self-Relation remains observational because its normative consequences are expressly unresolved in Volume I.

FINAL ADJUDICATION The recovered six-axiom structure is internally coherent and traceable to the locked Book of Observations. No additional axiom is required to preserve the distinctions established by Limitation, Transition Asymmetry, Recursive Consequence, or Reflexive Self-Relation. The six recovered axioms are therefore admitted as the controlling constitutional-axiom set, subject to the exact wording preserved above.

CANONICAL STATUS: LOCKED / CANONICAL Lock date: September 22, 2026 Control rule: This lock governs the six-axiom set and exact wording above. The earlier Recovery Edition remains preserved as provenance. Future interpretation, commentary, public derivatives, or constitutional application may not silently amend this set. Formal reopening requires an identified contradiction, derivational defect, canonical conflict, or material failure. .
